Hi. Item has been shipped. Tracking number is xxxxxxxxxxxxx and can be
traced at http://www.hongkongpost.com/eng/mail_tracking/index.htm directly.
Thanks.
Follow the link in his email and enter the tracking number then click OK. You'll see the daily updated status before it leaves HK. Once its in the US I'm fairly certain its handled by USPS and you should be able to enter the same tracking number into the USPS website. In Canada ... Canada Post would handle the final delivery so I'd guess you could use their site to enter the tracking numbers. Please note that the tracking numbers will not be displayed in the USPS or Canada Post websites for at least 1 days after they arrive in each country. I know USPS is horrible at scanning anything other than Express packages so your luck may vary.

btw.. I just got the above email today stating that it was shipping. I ordered late Friday night the 23rd.

I figure out that much. I chose Canada in the drop down option. I tried to put in the tracking number but it says. (on all three)

No records found for specified search criteria: RA123456789HK

This was on the only detail in the hongkong post website.
The item (RA123456789HK) departed Hong Kong for its destination on 23-Dec-2005.

My question is where do I put the item number?

EDIT: I guess it hasn't arrive in canada yet.

I ordered mine on the same day and waiting for it to arrive..

I am using XP and it came with a driver CD though it was only a CD-R. Windows found the driver on the disk and installed with no problem. Signal strength of the new networks was quite low though I had never seen them before with numerous other WiFi devices including a 2 different wifi cards in the same notebook that spotted the new ones. RF performance seems excellent so far.

Whats the easiest way to get one of these? Just paypal the garage hotmail address 60 bucks? Any notes we need to put into anything? I'm having a hell of a time with my intel 2200 lately and wouldn't mind a better signal/battery life.

Is it "better" in terms of range..or just speed? In order to get the fast speeds do you need an Atheros wifi router? Would the card fit in my 700m and 9300?

Just read the first post in this thread for all the info you need!

I read it, its jumbled and confusing! A response like "Send paypal to XXX with XX note" would've been nice, I've read the first msg a dozen times and its still convaluted!
No one else here seemed to have a problem. It's really not that complicated.

I got my wireless card yesterday, installed it, and it works BEAUTIFULLY!
MUCH MUCH better than the 2200.
