Weird keyboard errors...

Hi,
My sister has a 4750 and very recently it has started behaving strangely. Every time she presses the enter key the following string is auto-typed into wherever the cursor is placed: 7/.lku

Both the numlock and scroll lock keys are off. Has anyone encountered such a problem before and is there an easy fix for this (like having overlocked another function key combination?)

in a similar manner, i have no shift keys now, and some of my other keys aren't working either. my left alt, windows key, function key, left and right control and most of the keys on the far right are all not responding. is there a keyboard map of the default keyboard available question mark

Does an external keyboard work?

Maybe try reflashing the fan bios, which is the keyboard bios, is it not? I dunno, I'd try that...
