One Question... I had the 6800Go DDR1..yes the old...
The Bios from this Card is from 11/4/04..
Can i flash the Card with the 6800Go DDR3 Bios? Can someone help me?

DDR1 and DDR3 is totally different types of memory and different technology, and I'm pretty sure it will kill your card. However, you _might_ be able to update the bios, although it's very rare to have graphic card bios updates, in contrast to motherboards as an example.

I wouldn't try it - flashing the Video card BIOS is extremely dangerous, I have heard too many stories of ruined cards. And, I am not sure that it would be covered under warranty.

No - you can't change the memory type, that is physical hardware.
