We have several official Alienware representatives that frequent the boards now. You will be able to identify them by their tag of "Alienware" before their name. For instance, you may see Alienware-Steve or Alienware-JuanG frequently answering questions and requesting information via PM's to help out with any issues you may have.
PLEASE make sure you verify that the Rep in question has contact information and full name in their signature (like this http://notebookforums.com/member.php?u=26223 ) before giving out any personal information.
If you have any questions or are not sure about a Rep, please contact any AW moderator to verify whom they are.
