Hi,

Can anyone comment on the quality of the Emuzed USB tv tuner that ships with Dell notebooks. Quality wud be both TV playbak and recording quality.

Also, will it be able to play PAL TV standard ?? In my country they dont have NTSC, rather PAL_B one...hence pls tell me whether this Emuzed thing will be able to play and record it (I read on specification page on dell.com that it supports NTSC standard as default -> http://support.dell.com/support/edoc...n/specific.htm )
