AC adapter question

Can I safely use my AC adapter from my i9300 with a Lattitude D600?

I got issued a d600 at work today, but we are waiting on more power adapters for them. I own a personal 9300 but don't want to hurt the D600. I know I can reverse the use and use a smaller power adapter in my 9300, but wasn't sure about the other way around. Thanks in advance for your help. (I tried searching around, but it won't take two word searches, and what I found, was little help.) thanks.

Well, I compared the specs online. The D600 is a 65watt adapter, and the i9300 is a 90watt adapter. All the other specs, amps, volts, etc, seemed to be the same. I don't know the effects of too high a wattage input. Is that like plugging a 60 watt light bulb, into a 100 watt max socket? If so, it ought to be fine and dandy, right? Thanks again

It's cool, the laptop only draws what it needs. We use D610s at work and they come with a 65w to use with the box and a 90w to use when it's on the dock. Plugging in the 90w does nothing to them so its got to work with yours.
