Ram

Does anybody know if this RAM will work in an XPS M140/Inspiron 630m? I've heard a lot of people use it in their 6000s, and so I'm assuming it will work in the M140/630m, but I'm not sure. All the specs are the same as the RAM that Crucial guarantees to work. The only thing that is different is the brand.

Thanks, I sure hope it does. I've yet to see any other RAM for this cheap.

Anybody know if Dell had a holiday today? My systems been sitting "In Production" ever since yesterday afternoon. Not even Kitting has been completed. I thought everything would be done quickly, and I'd be waiting for boxing to get done. Now, I just wish it would get to boxing.

Has DDR2 RAM taken a big drop in price lately? I paid $200 for a pair of 1 GB chips for my D810 not long ago and the same kit (Mushkin) is now $149?

Yeah, RAM drops constantly in price, unless it's really old, hard to find RAM, like the RAM for my Dimension 4100. The newer RAM is always going lower, but the price on this RAM from Newegg seems unbeatable.
