My good ol' Sager 5600D bit the dust in a blaze of motherboard fury not too long ago and I've moved on to a 5720. However, many of the parts and pieces of this machine are still quite useable and should come in handy for someone.
AFAIK, the only "problem" with the machine is that the MB is DOA. A screw from my extra drive case fell out and shorted it. The video card should be good, the screen is is great shape, the CD-RW works fine, and I've also got an extra drive chassis (I had 2 HDs in this). The cooling system works great, etc. , etc.,
So, if anyone is looking for parts for their 5600 series Sager, drop me a line (chip @ pcc . com). I'd prefer to sell it as one unit and not part-it-out.
