Inspiron 6000 users: Are you undervolting? (post your voltage here!)

I'm currently experimenting with RMClock.

Here is the template; use this to post your stats:

Pentium-M 2.0Ghz
1GB RAM

6.0x = 0.700v - no crashes so far
15.0x = 1.100v TESTING - NOT CONFIRMED - May go lower!

What are your i6000d voltage settings and GPU (X300) settings?

EDIT: i6000 PalladiumGPU: 406.80 (core) 304.20 (mem)
6X = 0.700v 15x = 1.068v

6x-.700v
12x-0.972 going strong.

I'm going through the various voltages -- how long should I test each setting tentatively to figure out I can move down to a lower setting?
15x @ 1.084v seems really low already

test as long as you like. ive been perfectly stable just under 1.00v.

i havent noticed a huge batt change so i just keep it as high as i can without it getting too hot.

went from 53c to 46c top temps! battery life is not judgable in my opinion. your processor does different things, and you cant really compare to full drains.

OK, so far I've got:

6.0x: 0.700v
15.0x: 1.068v

It passed 10 hours of SP2004, but I really need to do a 24 hour run to make sure it'll work fine.

Any lower and it crashes my comp randomly!

if any lower crashes your computer, i would bump it up TWO notches from crashing point to be safe. that would make me feel safest.

As in the Sig... actually ran stable with no probs at 1.004.. DVD encoding and Prime95 for over 5 hours... but just to be safe i put it slighly higher.

Never actually tried lower than 1.004.... thought going that far was more than enough

its always a good idea to put your CPU voltage .30 more than the minimum ( when the CPU crashes from tests...

in my case 16x is 1.104 ( or something , not in windows much anymore so dont know exact)

and 8x is 0.732

I game on these voltages, so those are safe numbers

i6000 PalladiumGPU: 406.80 (core) 304.20 (mem)
CPU undervolt: 6X = 0.700v 15x = 1.068v

The GPU mem/core OCs seem kinda high. Is that consistent with the figures everyone else is getting?

6x - 0.700
15x - 0.972

2.0 ghz p-m dothan

No doubt, that is pretty high numbers!

You can go higher.. I ran stable at 435/325 but thats only under gaming. Under normal conditions, I just run regular stock speed or battery speed..
