So, I was drinking kool-aid and was an idiot and set it in front of my 9300. Knocked it over, and it spilled all over the keyboard. I instantly turned my PC upside-down, pulled the plug and removed the battery, then proceeded to let as much kool-aid as possible drip out of the keyboard. I removed the keyboard, and opened the case. After seeing a small bit of liquid had gotten in between the keyboard and a couple parts (thankfully there was none on any circuitry) I let it dry out for about an hour just in case. In the meantime, I poured alcohol on the keyboard (to get rid of the kool-aid stickiness), rinsed it off, and then used a blow-dryer to dry it off. Next, I tried turning the computer on without the keyboard plugged in.
It worked, so I plugged the keyboard in and again, it worked fine. I continued watching the movie I'd been watching before I hibernated my PC (it must have finished hibernating before I pulled out the battery), strange things started happening. Random keyboard keys started pressing. At first it was just the start menu going up and down, but then it spread to other keys. I restarted my computer, except the problem was still there. I decided my keyboard probably needed to dry a little more, however, while all these keys are being randomly triggered, the Fn+Suspend key gets hit.
When i turn my PC back on, it says there's a problem with my AC adaptor (which didnt get any liquid on it.) I was like, alright, whatever, but since the keyboard wasn't working I couldn't bypass the message, so I just unplugged the adaptor and restarted. Then my computer would only start to Dell MediaDirect, for whatever reason. After that, it would start to some Factory Mode or something and prompted me to press Fn+X to switch back into normal mode. I attempted this, but to no avail, either because of the keyboard or my computer. Now the amber battery light only comes on when I press the switch to turn my computer on; occasionally it'll boot up to the Fn+X prompt, but its pretty inconsistent.
Does anybody know what I should try to fix this? I don't have CompleteCare, or else I would just deal with it through that. Any idea what specific part might be causing this, or what course of action I should take?
Finally, if you're going to post just to tell me I'm an idiot without giving any advice/insight, please don't bother. I already understand the fact that spilling kool-aid was stupid and rinsing the keyboard with alcohol and blow drying might not have been the best course of action, but whatever, the damage is done (if there is any). Thanks...

Besides, in this particular case I feel I am not competant enough to know the difference between right and wrong. At least, that's what they said on Law and Order the other day.
). I'm always careful not to keep any glasses of liquids by my laptop. A friend of mine was spilled vodka at a party that seeped quickly under his HP, but he moved fast as I watched in horror. Nothing happened.
