By popular demand, the DOD logon screen for Windows XP - Page 4

Post a quick screen grab of the one i adjusted if you can please, its funny, sometimes the password box fits nicely, then it doesnt on some setups.

I thought by moving the text below, it might fit in better.

Im currently using the CTU one on my M5500, got a few scared looks when i was out and about, first when they see the alien glowing head, then when i locked the machine, the counter terrorist unit logo really stands out and people whove never heard of 24 assume its something real!

hahahaha

Ah yes, looks very good now!

I wonder how many of those 218 mails are actual mail. I reckon 210 of them are either asking you to buy viagra/ciallis - and especially have the words mispelled so junk filters skip them, or maybe they are asking you to fill in your "lost" ebay/bank details or perhaps they are emails about a great "investment" opportunity! LOL

I get like over 100 junk crap daily and the new thing they love to do now... to send it as an embedded image, so junk filter is absolutely useless!

Anyway, looks fine now, glad it works out ok for you!

Is there a way you would kindly post a step by step process for this? A few people I've seen have been looking around to directions.

Also, if you could compile links for each size and to either the DoD or the CTU

THANK YOU!!

The 1900x1200 is in my original zip file. That is what I have running on my 5700.

If anyone is good with logonstudio or knows how to edit logonui.exe better than myself I could use some help. I have been working on a remake of the F.B.I. Terminal logon and I am ad the point where I have gotten close to perfect, but there are still a few things wrong that I dont understand. It is designed for my m5550 at 1280x800. Here are the files:

I'll upload the psd later, it is over the filesize limit, if it is needed. I've tried for hours, I need a break. Good luck.

Ah, I know this thread is sort of old now, but I wasn't sure whether to PM ewolff or mgl6966. Is it possible that someone could make a 1280x768 version of the DoD logon for the Sentia?

mgl6966 what font did you use to write London Division?
I want to modify and I like the current font but I don't know the name.

The Font i used to Copperplate Gothic BT Bold, but its the closes one i could match to the Counter Terrorist Unit Writing, in fact i dont think you can tell the difference!

more than one user?

could you possibly make it so the users fade to invisible when your mouse is over just one or could you make one for about 5-4 profiles? im trying to get this on a family computer lol

Is it possible that you could make or help me make a black ctu logon like your london one, but it instead will say Philadelphia division ? I like your version better because the insignia looks way better and more realistic than the others
