I just wanted to know how do i go about getting a log on screen theme. I saw on here that somone had a screen that said classified. with a us logo. How do i get somthing like that. anyone know what im talking about? also does it come with the computer and i just have to activated it or what?

Windowblinds.com to get boot screen proggy. Then www.wincustomize.com to get the bootscreen/log in screen you want.
