Need Henriks software utilities for Sagers

I want to monitor the temperature on my 5660 and I went to Henriks original post but the links no longer take me to the desired pages. Does anyone have the correct links or can anyone hook me up with his utilities for temp. monitoring. CPU cooling. Etc.?

Also, is there a fan speed adjuster available that would disable the max fan setting in certain situations? (Too noisy)
