GPS software

Hy. Anyone here knows some really good GPS software.... its better if its free.
Also I'm looking for a goog autoroute for Europe because Microsfts one sucks especially at eastern Europe.
(Preferably for PC but if you know one for a palmtop thats good to - tru I don't hve one )
Any help is apriciated! Thanks!!!
