OK last and Final update (I sware this time): I got my money back; my bank is going to include me in a lawsuit vs. Paypal. They said that they take the money and give it to the "seller" to quickly and do not hold the funds so if someone scams they can’t recover any money. You know like in my situation. My bank also told me that there are over 200 people involved in this lawsuit. I hate Scammers, their all just a bunch of fk Tards

Thats why I don't even bother sending things by mail. The most I can afford to lose is $50. Anything else I do in person, and if they cant do it i person than I would rather miss out on a deal.

Sorry to here about your problem. Get the law invloved, you might not get your money back, but fraud through mail is a federal offence, get the prick in the slammer.

Ya, they said their going to present my name with about 200 other peoples names that got screwed. Thus making paypals money transfer agreement diffrent. Making them wait instead of doing it instantly. Because thats what Paypal should be, a middle man not a money giving oops you got screwed over, I can't do anything but thank you for using Paypal service.

I totally agree. Paypal, when used WITH EBAY, should be the middle man. However, paypal WITHOUT EBAY, has no reason to be.

And what happened to your "i swear this is my last update"

Would that apply to Canada? i would but I have nothing more than an email. Its no biggie at this point, I got my money and still need a laptop, you know what this thread is really about. Paypal had no problems in making my bank account in the negetives, But didn't want to touch his Bank account in anyway shape or form. So this tells me that paypal really dosen't give a ST about the people or weather they were screwed over or not, all they want is that % of a commition that they call a paycheck.

So if there is anyone that is still willing to sell a laptop let me know and well talk about a possable pick up, this is after testing it of course. And your in the Area of San Diego.
