Will the satire never end?

How do we know a person who replied to this story with a critical tone is truly unaware of the satire present therein, or simply continuing the feigned sincerity of the article? (e.g. wardo's first post)

And how do we know whether a person who replied to the satirical reply to the article is unaware of that reply's ironic intention, or simply perpetuating the satire that is continued with that reply? (e.g. JaxChris and The Anaconda's replies)

And ad infinitum...
