Aussie - This monitor just has a 15 pin VGA input for PCs, so I just connected a cable from the DVI output on the Sager to the monitor. Previously had used the S-Video connection and found it to give an annoyingly fuzzy image. In the picture the laptop is set at 1024x728 and the monitor is set to 'Full' which makes the image take up the entire screen. I think the picture quality is excellent. Only problem is I just figured out the TV Studio hookup the weekend also, and now with the remote for the laptop I am welded permanently to my couch now. If I ever get my wireless LAN system to work I may never get up.

You exceeded your bandwidth. Why don't you just attach it here?

I wouldn't advise doing that too much....can you say new plasma purchase because you ruined your old one with image burn-in. I went the safe route...DLP :-)

Wise choice, more than I can say about the AW .

Just out of curiosity, how popular are these monsters (TVs > 32") in the US, I dont know anybody with one here, I've only ever seen one once at an electronics shop a few years ago.

I'd say they're becoming more popular than small tvs by the minute. Prices are going down, and better and better tvs are coming out.

Is it not possible to get a 16x9 resolution on your computer? It looks funky with the 4x3 picture stretched to fit the 16x9 screen.
