How good is the Ferrari 4002?

Hello there

I found a pretty good deal and I am thinking in buying the Acer Ferrari 4002. I am aware it is not as good as the 4005, but that's all I can afford.

I was wondering how good it is? I don't play games, but I play a lot of videos embebed in powerpoint presentations and I probably will have to do some video editing in the notebook (even though I have a Sony desktop for video edition).

Also, do you guys think it is too late to get this notebook? Would be worth waiting a few months to get a newer Ferrari? Any idea when a new model will come out?

I'm sure it would be great for you if you find the price is right. The Ferrari is a class act, and its looks are sure to appeal for a long time yet to come!

Out of curiosity...how does the 4002 fare in games compared to the 4005? The only difference I see off the top of my head is the RAM, bigger HD, and a little faster cpu? There must be something I"m missing. Is the 4002 widescreen? From the letters WLMi I assume so.

the 4002 is indetical to the 4005, physically
the screen is wide, but at a lower res than the 4005

I debated a little between those 2, on one hand thinking everything in the 4002 can be upgraded later on somewhat easily, except for the screen. And i wanted the 4005's screen... so I ordered the 4005
