Well it finally happend, in the newest CVS the audigy 2 ZS notebook finally works in linux, and works great, I think there are problems with the optical out, and the only other problem I have had is when I did 6 channel settings it mplayer I got high CPU usage and video lag, even though the audio played fine. The cpu usage was at like 40-50% too, weird issue. but OSS emulation works good on the card as well, and it sounds great =)
I have been waiting a long time for this to work in linux, one of the reason's I don't run linux all that often anymore is because I have to mess around with the cables and shit to hook my onboard sound back up to my speakers.
Not to mention the onboard sound doesnt sound nearly as nice.
