9300 - Do I have a SATA drive?

How do I tell if I got a SATA drive in my 9300 . I got it about 1 month ago.

easiest way is to take the 2 screws out of the hard drive part on the bottom, slide out the hard drive and look for "SATA" to be written all over it hehe

If its slow you dont have SATA. If its fast be HAPPY!

Because there were a test batch of 20k 9300 units in America. Don't really see why people are bothered though, doesn't make much, if any, difference at the moment...

There is zero difference between SATA and U-ATA atm.

Anyway, go to devicemanager and get your serial number and google it, should tell you what you have.

Mr. K6 .. Yes I know and keep telling people that there is no difference. Figured since people keep asking and dont search I'd just make them happy

The search works people and if you have a problem with it Google always works!
