Question about overclocking safely

My alienware notebook should be arriving sometime early January. For those who have already had the pleasure of owning one, what are the settings that i can safely overclock with a notebook antec cooling pad.

Braingoo said that 430 the engine clock and 250 on the memory clock were safe and I tried it and she ran fine. You could probablly push her harder put there isn't any reason too. The thing runs games fine without overclocking at all.

I finally had meltdown (just pixel breakup, nothing detrimental) at 460MHz GPU and 260MHz Memory Clock.

That's pretty darn cool IMHO!

But I hit 3217 in 3DMark03 just before that in a safe setting
