Perhaps this is opinion based BUT

Which program works better for wireless management; the windows driver or Intel driver.

Just curious, but why is the windows driver better?

I use Intel simply because more information about the quality of the signal is given.

Windows uses the same hardware driver as Intel, only client software is different.

i use intel, i dont usually change around drivers i just use the default and with dell default is Intel so... yup

Windows uses less resources, however if you want to see more details about the AP its channel etc.. then the intel one.

Let Windows control your wireless connection and uninstall the Intel PROSet software; you'll lose around 5 processes.

same here. i use the intel drive only and let win handle it. very solid signal 54.0 mbps all the time.
