Jahws's Review of the 8887-X - Page 2

Don't get me wrong - the graphics are fantastic! Its the motion that seems to be causing the problem.

On the Antalus level in Unreal Tournament, when you are outside and you look up at the sky, when there is a darker object in the foreground (tress for example), and you look around, do you not see ANY ghosting whatsoever? On my machine I get a red trailing edge....

Can somehow get the specs or at least model number for the 8887 LCD? I suspect these newer LCDs have a slower response times which would account for the ghosting.

I'm waiting for a response from AJP at the moment. Hopefully they'll be able to provide more info. I just hope it's a fault with my machine and not "normal" :-(...

You got it. That's not to say I do, but it's an interesting word. I would have never guessed the root.

Cheers.
