Also... im curious as to why people are so conscious of the looks of their computers... I actually tend to NOT go for the glowing LEDs all over the place. Plain silver top and black base works for me.
And, as an ultimatum to the mac/pc arguement:
If you like your finalcut pro, or simplicity of the mac GUI, go for it.
If you are a programmer/gamer/somebody who looks up random tools to download to do random stuff (like me) then go pc.
The most recent versions of both operating systems are relatively stable, and support their own respective software suites well.
And if you STILL can't decide what you want... theres always:
Oh... and the the console war debate.... its garbage. Theres no way the console will ever
replace the PC for gaming. Granted the PS3 has wiked processing power, it can't beat the PC in the long run -- conceptually PCs always have the advantage (Can be used for more than games-- and upgrade-ability). They're also native (Code, good 'ole fashion c/c++ -- don't need "cell" tools) and more populous.
