How can you tell if a computer has a "Trusted Platform Module"?

Okay,

I talked to a firmware/BIOS buddy of mine. Turns out that he actually knows lots about TPM.

One way to tell if your machine has TPM, he tells me, is that it should be reported under Plug and Play in the BIOS.

He also mentioned that Windows XP should be able to see it, probably under device manager.
