Are you doing something that prohibits you from just muting your speakers when you record? That's what I would do.

i have moved from the UK to Florida and all my mates have installed
MSN so that i can speak to them when they are online..

i have tried to conffig my built in Mic in windows MSN setup and in the sound
options..still no good...If turn on the Mic boost i get realy bad feed back
it sounds like cop car going by...so i have to turn it off..
now my friends in the UK cant hear me with the mic boost turned off..

i do have a 2nd HD installed under the sound outputs..could that make

i dont want to buy a new mic untill this is sorted just incase i still get the
feed back with it..

how are you guy's updating this driver ??

doesn't seem to be working for me {I must be doing this wrong ?}
I've got the 5680{xp pro}.
I'm getting a "WDM_a357.exe - application error" when I try to D-click on what I downloaded "the application failed to initialize properly" {0xc0000005}
click on OK to terminate the application. ??

could use some help !!!

thanks,

First thought is you have a corrupt download.

So, re-download.

That's a fairly common problem when a program is poorly written, but since no one else is reporting it, I'd think you got a bad file.

thanks I'll give it a shot later !!

my proxy was screwing with the download somehow ?,went very smooth after disabling it !!
