D810 --- defective bluetooth ?

so i ordered from dell the bluetooth card for my D810. It is installed ok but BIOS does not detect it
funny thing is the bluetooth light lights up ..

send it back?

You did download and install the drivers[toshiba stack]?

if the BIOS does not see a device then that device is not accessible to any operating system

return it and get a new one
