after a long hard duel for nearly 3 weeks I came out victorious against the finance department lol . After managing to misplace my completed documents 2 times and forgetting to send them to headquarters I called 3 times a day for a week and finally got everything resolved. and am now in phase 3. now lets see if production goes any better...

Congrats...

Since our situations are so much a like, ill be following your progress closely. Keep me posted on the phase changes, and once again congratulations on getting your financing feasco settled...

Hey I know how u feel. I ordred a m5700 and was was on phase 2 for 3 weeks because of the financing. The AW people were nice but nothing really seemed to happen. After calling twice a day after one weekend it went to phase 3. It was there for a week and after xmas I just called and cancled. No cancelation fees cuz the computer wasn't built yet. I now will order a Sager 9750 or 5720. About the same price but w/ the superior 7800gtx.

Yeah, it's a battle with the financing dept. AW needs to work it over. Glad you got it all sorted out.

Good news
Im now in phase 3 with you. My girlfriend is now getting pissed because she wants to go pick out an engagement ring and all I want to do is sit here and watch for my phase to change again...lol Hell I almost creamed my shorts when it changed from phase 1 to 3.

Congratulations! Their financing is handled by another company so it gets pretty crazy going through this phase. You did the right thing by staying on top of things. The production will go much smoother.

lol guys... Heey I've already been through the phase games once already with my laptop about 2 years ago and have had enough of that "FUN" so I wanted to get through this as painless as possible oh yea today I got an e-mail saying my case color was on backorder lol so its not lookin to good. Oh well I can always keep buyin new stuff for it until it comes.
