centrino control causing write failures!!

i installed centrino hardware control on my sis's laptop last night and today she keeps getting a lot of error messages from the system tray saying "windows - delayed write failure." it happens about once or twice a minute. it happens to various files, some including C:\&Mft, something with SysEvt.Evt, and some cache file in firefox's profile folder. it usually happens when firefox is open. firefox is crashing occasionally, and other wierd stuff. i set the voltages pretty high to try and correct this, but it still happens. what the **** is happening?

unistall CHC and then try to write those files you want, and if no problem then it is CHC, but if problems persist then its ur comp and u needa clean it.

they weren't files i was trying to write, they just came up while web browsing, like the browser was trying to save them as cache or something, or maybe spyware, or something behind the scenes. i bumped the voltages up a lot and they didn't occur as much, so i guess her processor is one that can't really handle an undervolt, so i just uninstalled it. thanks anyway
