Acer Ferrari 4005 freezes!! Help!!

Hi guys,, I have acer ferrari 4005 fro 5 months now.. I noticed something:
When I run many programs (3 or 4) including the media player or the winamp, and when the sound is on max the computer freezes for a while (2-3 sec) when I make any new command or open/close any window!!

Any one faces this problem??
By the way I have the most latest updates for the laptop parts and the windows as well and the windows is just installed.
Help plzz..

could just be that you are running too many applications, which seems wierd from such a powerful beast. thats my .02$ anyhow

No man,, am only using media player (live audio stream) and the volume at max,, when I tried to delete some file it freezes again!!
