Overheating Video Card?

I recently did the arctic silver on the CPU, like a week ago, and just today my screen starts doing stuff like this. It only does it on moving things, but when the browser is just opened its fine. Any ideas?

What model do you have? Also you may want to put that pic on a server so it can enlarged to see what it's doing.

I'm far from being an expert but have you tried using the system restore feature? It could be a corrupt file of some kind.
just go back to the last restore point and see if that helps.

I didn't think of that, it's a 5670, only thing is it's been doing it only since ive put in the AS, it does come and go, like it'll be there for a minute then just go away, then come back and stay until i shut down for a while, which gave me the overheating idea.
