Stylus pen question...

Are there any stylus pen sets available out there that can be used with a normal laptop? Done a bunch of searching on the net and pretty much all the results were for tablet pcs and handhelds.

Normal laptops dont have touch screens. Tablets and PDA's have them. Thats pretty much it.

good tablets dont have touch screens... they have a wacom board

Screens that respond to touch is what I mean by that.
