Asus New Release Thread - G1p, G2p, V1Jp and more! - Page 15

It is definately not June 7, June 19th is possible, but I don't see any reason why you specified that day as an ETA. Asus NA has not placed the order yet, if the order placed and Asus NA decides air-freight them over here, it takes about a week for the mass production and shipping to show up here. That is why I said June 19th is possible if Asus NA order them now, but Asus NA never mentioned the order will be placed on a certain day by now. That means there is no answer for your question now.

The same case for Z62J.

Anyone heard of any V1J updates? Thanks.

I'm looking for release info for the S6F ultraportable (the leather one)... It's shown on Asus' Australian website, but cannot be bought anywhere!

Thanks everyone.

Their production line is fully loaded, I was told by Asus that Z96J not even in mass production.

is it worth it to buy a w3j right now? I am thinking about it. But then prices might drop or something.

There is a chance that a small shipment might be here.
Also Asus not only produce Asus notebooks, their production line also makes MacBookPro, some Sony, Fujitsu models and Dell.

ASUS only produces the Macbook... iBook in the past, and Quanta makes the Macbook Pro and the older Powerbooks.

You guys should go with the W3J for a few reasons...

1. Better built notebook.
2. More portable.
3. It's in stock.

Just a thought... or three.

i think 14'' is just too small. a8jm resolution isnt so great and its other features arent quite what i want. hopefully z96j will come out in our lifetime so i can get it.
