Sager 5320-V Optional Bay 2 battery Q's

If you have read my other treads, i am shopping for a notebook and I have came down to either the Sager 3880-V or the 5320-V.

Only problem is the small stuff. I saw that the 5320 has an optional bay 2 battery option. But I have the question of can I install it after I have the notebook? Or does it need to be ordered from the factory and used at a later time.

Thanks,

Dan

If im not mistaken, the 2nd battery can only be used in the media bay (wich means you have to take out the cd drive) and you can buy it with the computer or from the accesories part of the shop if further down the road youthink you need it.

Im not sere about all this hopefuly Twilight Vampire will drop in soon (he has a 5320 if I remember correctly)

siul1313 is right. I have a 5320 and the secondary battery. It pops into the media drive bay after you remove the CD drive. There is no need to order it when you order the computer except to possibly save on shipping. You could buy it at any time and it just drops right in and starts working. and BTW I love it. I can game for at least 2 hours non stop on just batteries alone with it.

I got the 2nd battery on the 5710 you have to remove the DVD player to use the second battery. When I purchased the 5710 the battery hadn't shipped yet so Sager shipped it a couple of weeks later.
