alienware 7700 ram

how much is alienware ram and what brand like corsair or somehting is clossest so i can buy someof that
and how good is alienware ram compaired to other brands

The documentation that came with your 7700 should tell you what brand of RAM it is. Alienware doesn't have their own branded RAM. Google CPU-Z and it should tell you what's in your system in the case that you don't have the paperwork for it.

I believe it is on the paper that came with your rig and also it is in "my documents" section on your rig under Aw pc info...it came on mine that way...Zelly is also gave you a quick way to find out if it is not on your paper work...

I just upgrade the ram. I called alienware adn they told me the ram they put in the books are patriot pc24200 ddr2. I got 2 sticks of 512 from new egg for 105.00 with shipping. Runs great.

AW usually ships corsair ram in their lappy's, at least that is what i got last year.
specs are DDR2 533mhz 200-PIN SODIMM
