HP DV4000 DirectX Help

Hey guys, I have a question reguarding my HP Pavillion DV4000 and DirectX. First let me give you the specs:

- Windows XP Pro: Media Center Edition (service pack 2)
- Pentium M 1.73 GHz
- 1 gig of RAM
- 128mb shared video
- DirectX 9.0c

Now, here is my problem. Before I reformated my notebook I was able to play games on here fine with no problem. Now, I get a DirectX error and the game crashes. I went to DXDIAG and looked under DISPLAY and then under Direct X Features and AGP Texture Acceleration it says Not Available and the box beside it is grayed out. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, how would I go about fixing it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Schiz

You probably already tried this, but as a reminder, have you downloaded the latest DirectX 9.0c from www.microsoft.com and the appropiate graphic drivers from www.intel.com?

It happened to me once, I had to format/reinstall the PC again.
