Old enough to remember when it was fun to go to Sears and play with the electronic calculators ... which were the coolest thing then.

Agreed. My guess is that Tanamoril IS the 14 year old brother - and simply wishes to taunt us with his gaming skills.

My first real puter was an Atari 400... tape drive and all... i remember these computer mags with lines and lines of basic code in the back (Data 2345 4433 1234 4355 7865 2333 5567... etc etc..). One such one had a game called bat cave or cave bat or something to do with a bat in a cave... we were saving it off to tape when our cat stepped on the power cable pulling it out of the back.... lost it all... hehehe...tape drives....

Anyone remember "States and Capitols" for the Atari......whats the capitol of North Dakota???

I still have a powerbook 1200... the b&w ones with the built in trackball... macpro powerbook nothing!

My first computer was a TI/99 4A. It supported 16 colors and I hooked it up to a TV and tape recorder (for storage). You could buy cartridges for it for games, additional programming languages, and applications. I actually learned a lot about programming using TI Extended Basic which supported something like 28 independently moving sprites.
