Nope. Apple is officially out of the proprietary PC business. This appears to have a standard Yonah/Napa system with a standard Intel WiFi card. The x1600 is a standard ATI part. Unless Apple has hardcoded the OS selection into the TPM chip (DRM chip), it should run WIndows or Linux x86 out of the box.
Actually, the ONLY thing apple can say about their laptops now is that they look better than other laptops. Otherwise you pay premium for OSX capability. Compare for $2499 from acer or 2599 from apple:

Apples already over priced and underspec'd and the PC makers have already "speed bumped" Apple.
