Targus XL here too. Excellent bag. Hold a freakin TON of stuff and does it comfortably. I regularly use it as an overnight weekend bag when I visit a friend of mine across the state. Holds all the really important stuff just fine. Oh, and hold my clothes too

Targus XL

I use the Targus on a daily basis, and I can fit more in that sucker than I have the strength to carry. I carry my laptop, power brick, G5 mouse, pocket mouse, misc. text books and notebooks, pens, etc. I seems to have a pocket for just about everything, including a drink. My usual text book is about 3 1/2 inches thick BTW.

I use the spire meta backpack every day. Nice support for my laptop plus power brick and plenty more space if you choose to fill it up. The laptop sleeve is removable when you just want to take your computer! Worth the money to me. Search for the thread on it, I posted pictures.

Here is the one that I used with my 9300. Lots of padding, I could drop it off a cliff and the notebook would still work. Tons of room for other books and such too.

Actually, now that I don't have a notebook anymore, if you're interested in buying it...PM me. (*shameless plug*)

I have a Targus bag for my 17" i9300. I have plenty of space for my mouse, headphones, adapter, and a travel surge protector.

My Targus XL ripped at the shoulder strap seam on my first plane trip with it. I had it loaded about half full with gear. I really am not that impressed with the bag. Of course, I'm used to enthusiast quality backpacking and gear bags, so that's what I'm generally comparing it to and it just struck me as very cheaply built. If your not loading it down and roughing it around, it will probably be just fine. Anyway, I picked up a 17" Victorinox laptop messenger bag at the airport that very same night and have been using it every since. It's a shoulder strap bag but has been through tons of abuse and held up extremely well.
