Help with CPU throttling.

Before I installed the xps bios on my 9300, I could run the cpu at full power on battery. I just did my pin mod to my 735 and I want to change my minimum cpu speed from 800Mhz to something higher. I remember there being a program to change this. What do I do?


P.S. The search functions never works for me on this website.

rmclock will let you set the proc to max or minimal or automatic
