Nice pics there! What are we looking at with regards to the video card? Is the X1400 4 pipes? What sort of clock speeds? And... how much actual dedicated VRAM is there? Looks like notebooks are all into the integrated cameras now.

Any chance of running 3DMark 2005?

Aspire 5672WLMi LX.A8505.026
Intel® Centrino® Duo mobile technology, featuring: Intel® Core™ Duo processor T2300 (2 MB L2
cache, 1.66GHz, 667 MHz FSB), Microsoft® Windows® XP Home Edition, Intel® 945PM Express
chipset, Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG network connection, 15.4”WXGA Acer CrystalBrite™ TFT LCD
Display, ATI Mobility™ Radeon® 1400 with up to 512 MB of HyperMemory™ (256 MB of dedicated
GDDR2 VRAM; up to 256 MB of shared system memory), 2GB of DDR2 533/667 MHz memory, 120GB
5,400rpm SATA hard disk drive, 8X slot-load DVD-Super Multi double-layer, 56Kbps Modem, Gigabit
Ethernet, Bluetooth® 2.0+EDR, 5-in-1 card reader, Acer Orbicam 1.3 megapixel camera, 8-cell Li-ion
battery, Microsoft Works

Bit confused with your spec, and above. Can you confirm yours is LX.A8505.026, or another as yet unlreleased version? (or is the above spec incorrect?)

£1040. I will presume a 5674 will be released, perhaps 2/2Ghz dual's? Not quite 820x spec, but more affordable and at least higher spec than a new £1000 laptop! This looks like the "one", I'll wait for the entire 567x range though to see pricing structure.

Thanks for that (however 3DMark 05 doesn't seem too impressive) Should at least 2500+ (compared to X700) Is this stock out of the box, or fresh XP install & updated drivers? Is their a option to adjust video card memory? Choose 256MB dedicated instead of 256MB + 256MB which'll eat into base memory.

2,698.00 SGD = 933.265 GBP

Not bad at all.

this is LXAA705077 etc... (took me a while to find that)

the dedicated vga mem is 128mb.

I dont think there is an option to change the hyper mem settings.
if anyone knows then let me know..

this is stok, out of the box.

but... it is still using an older technology... no dual core... no express card... so... it is up to you.. the aspire 5670 would still be able to play that games, but not at high res, probably 800x600.
