Raid question - Page 2

honestly, im not 100% sure. Yesterday, i went out and bought 2 200gig sata drives, and ordered a raid card today from newegg. Once i get mine up and running, ill be sure to let you know. I have a general idea, im just not sure where im supposed to set it to either raid 0 or 1

I was going to try the sata drive setup myself because I heard it was faster but I have like 3 computers (desktops) all of which are ide. I guess I'll wait awhile.

Installed Pci Ide Cont. Card

I picked the one I mentioned at Compusa and installed it. I set it at the single ide setting for now. So it acts like a separate harddrive. So far so good. I don't really like the way Xp picked my drive letters though.How do I change them?I know I am a noob.
