I installed the drivers for the built in web camera but windows is not recognizing them so the camera is not working. Has anyone else run into this?

Only with the x64 beta driver. As far as I know the 32 bit version is woirking.

I'll test it the next time I boot to the other OS.

Make sure that the camera is enabled - check your owner's manual to see the Fn + F key combination in order to enable it. On my Sager, it's Fn + F10.

I got mine working today. When the "new hardware wizard" popped up I was mistakenly looking in the extracted driver files for the .inf. It isn't there. Soooo... I pointed to the the Windows/system32 folder and voila. It found what it was looking for and the camera is now working perfectly.

I didn't have to do that with x86.

I'm still having camera issues now with my second 9750. I have installed the drivers both off of the Sager website and the CD included with my 9750. They will not recognize the camera. It still has an exclamation point in device manager. The only drivers that will recognize the camera is the BisonCam drivers off of Windows Update. But it still doesn't work with those drivers. The preview screen is just gray.
