alienrod, how do u suggest i clean my AW? All i got right now is a can of dust blower (wutever its called)

can anyone post a picture of the 7700 on top of the lapcool4? im wondering how much thicker my lappy is gonna get cuz its already kinda awkward to type on my desk. And ive noticed that the left side of the notebook (near left hand) gets really hot. Does the lapcool4 solve that problem?

Yup! Thats a great start! The grill covers on the fans are pretty good and catch a lot of the dust. If you clean them once a week at least, you should be ok. Every once in a while, remove the fan grills and give the fans a good shot of air.

The Video Card is on the left side, that does get really hot, its normal.......

I got another question about heat. If i lappy on for about roughly 10 hrs a day, can the bilt in fan's sustain the heat long? Im probly getting a lapcool4 if u guys say no....money just keeps piling up...not that im too miserly to maintian my lappy.

Note the silver one is my old Area 51 766.

GET THE LAPCOOL4!!!!!!!!!! I used it on my 11 day trip to Orlando (just got back last night). I really kept the heat to a reasonable level.

I would recommend getting the lapcool anyway, it is definately worth it and the heat when I type is gone. My card never exceeds 68 degrees even when playing games like F.E.A.R and never goes over 67 while browsing and word etc.

mind explaining why they're necessary? and wut are the procedures i need to take to correctly install drivers? i dont really trust myself wen it comes to installations of this type.
