IP question

Thread Starter
Are there any wireless card managers that will allow you to pick IP settings that automatically apply per connection? Like, my home network is DHCP, my friend's network is static at 192.168.0.whatever, my work network is static at 192.168.65.whatever, and now I'm setting up an AdHoc network to use between laptops at times, and I just really don't think it should be necessary to go into the properties and change the IP every single time. Especially for the networks that need DNS numbers, 'cause they're harder to remember.

If you're running Windows 2000 or XP, I think you can just create new connections to accomate each specific network. Then, just switch the active network profile whenever you want to switch networks.
