How can I lower the number of services I have running? I know I can go into msconfig, but how do I know if they will affect my programs? Will they stay off? Thanks guys.

reducing processes reduces the cpu load, you get a higher FPS in new intensive games
service reduction helps boot time, when I'm not gaming I just leave everything running as the lappie can handle it and more. I only use procexp to toggle off services when running games like cod2/fear It does make a noticable difference to my performance there.Well ok I still suck at the games but the game runs faster..
