S-Video Problem - TV Flickers (Resolution Problem?)

Hi All, currently having a problem getting a decent picture on a TV (Toshiba Flat Panel TV...not sure of specifics). I have DualView Setup...the picture on the TV is flicking up and down as if it cannot handle 640x480 @ 60hz (what i've got the TV Profile set to, also the picture is Black & White. I tried just a straight S-Video cable from the TV to Laptop, not i'm using the Adapter that came with the laptop and same problem.

Anyone else experience this or know of a possible solution?

I'd suggest changing the format to NTSC or PAL, depending on what it is currently set to, might fix the colour problem. With regards to the flickering, mine does that too, but it doesn't bother me much, since it's only a 30" TV and I'm pretty far from it.
