The secret I have learned is bug the hell outta them and at least you will know the most about your order, and it can even help push it through if you are sweet to your customer rep... hehehe.

I hear you about trying not to think about it, but it seemed to get tougher as the weeks went by. Happy to say that I am no longer playing. My lappy shipped out today, so now I get to play the FedEx game I guess. Should be here in three days, or at least by the end of the week. Finally going to get my Christmas present!!!!! Good luck to the rest playing the game still. Looking forward to taking lots of pictures and writing up a review once it gets here.

Congrats, hulioni!

Mine is crawling up the East Coast on one of those broken down donkey carts that FedEx uses only when I'm having something shipped through them.

You're right in that it gets tougher the more time passes. It's especially rough now knowing it's enroute.

I have nightmares about the FedEx guy walking up to the door and accidentally tripping and dropping the box--much like buying a new car and getting in a wreck right as ya drive off the lot. Gawd, I'm such an optimist sometimes...

Hopefully I will be joining you on the review front shortly. We can compare notes. I really thought by now there'd be more firsthand stuff posted, so I guess we have to set the example.

Fingers crossed for a problem-free experience for us both, including a sure-footed FedEx dude!

I've been thinking the same thing, now that its on its way something bad is going to happen after all the waiting. At least they don't use DHL, they lost a Dell 2405 24" monitor (not sure how you lose a box of that size). Oh well I did get mine, but some ass is sitting there enjoying one on the house I think. As for the review not sure why there aren't any. I did read one on the sager 9750 in the sager forums. I plan on a nice review and I will be comparing benchmarks against my Opteron 175 dual core for reference. Gook luck on your laptops safe arrival, and look forward to your thoughts on it. Off to get me a keg to finish out the wait.
