memory for Latitude D810

Hello

I got a new Dell laptop D810 with 2.13 Ghz centrino, 60 GB 7200 rpm HD and 256 MB ram. I want to remove the ram module and add either 1 or 2 GB memory. I am not into gaming but will use the PC extensively for programming.

Here is my Question:
1) What is the fastest ram available for this laptop:
DDR2 PC4200 533 Mhz or DDR2 PC4200 667 MHz.

2) How do corsair, mushkin etc compare to brands such as Kingston,dell etc.
