I think he reverse engineer 3DMark06

I totally hacked that biznatch

Nah, been reading up, and indeed, it seems that the small screen does boost my score. At 1280x854, I'm rendering 16.6% less pixels than at the stock 1280x1024, which obviously accounts for the higher score. While I can see why they benchmark at 1280x1024 in order to not have the tests be so CPU bound, they will have to come up with a fix for smaller screens.

Nice. You should post here once you squeeze out 73 more points:

And don't tell anybody you cheated.

FWIW, here's what a Dell desktop can do:

Tobias, what is wrong with your system? You only got ~100 more than me, yet your clocks are a lot higher...

3dMark06: 3442 (1280x1024)

9300 w 7800GTX 256 (stock), 2.13GHz (1.6) Pentium M, 512x2 DDR2

Guess I could push the 7800 clocks... but then again, not bad for a lappy.

My desktop's pushing 5050 3dMarks with a single 7800GTX 256 @530/1350 and an AMD X2 4400 oc'ed to 2.6GHz.
